According to that established by the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December about Personal Data Protection (from now on "LOPD"), Lexington, owner of the website lexington-ibc.com (from now on "website"), informs the users of the existence of an automated file of personal data created by Lexington.

The data registered by the website by means of the different forms, are compiled by Lexington with the purpose of maintaining contact with the user to give help in relation to the offered services, to respond to the requested information or to maintain informed the clients by means of the news informative bulletin or newsletter as well as of the improvement of benefits of the services.

In the same way, Lexington informs the user, that the personal data compiled will not be given to third-parties without her/his expressed consent

3. User Rights

The user exercises her/his rights of access, rectification and cancellation of the automated treatment of his/her personal data. The user can request at any moment her/his drop in, being cancelled and eliminated in a quick and free way, by means of sending a message to info@lexington-ibc.com or by means of the dedicated forms to contact with the company.

The user becomes responsible for the shipment of correct and truthful data, as well as for the modifications of her/his data to obtain the requested service, in the event of requiring it.

The shipment of personal data by means of the forms enabled for that purpose in the website, electronic mail or other means for the remission of data on the part of the user, bears the acceptance or expressed consent, on the part of the user, to the automated treatment of the data and to be sent information via electronic mail corresponding to the services or information of the company requested by the user.

Lexington guarantees the application of the security and technical measures within its reach for the protection of personal data and will avoid the wrong use or unauthorized access to them, informing the users previously that the measures of security in Internet are not unassailable.
